Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia, using Australia Post. Standard shipping includes tracking, and express upgrades may be available at checkout depending on the item and destination. Orders are packed with care to protect delicate handmade pieces in transit, and recyclable or lower-waste packaging may be used where practicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist in lodging enquiries with Australia Post. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
